Ingredients:
  • Wheat flour 1 cup
  • Water to knead dough
  • Potato 1 medium sized (peeled and grated)
  • Green chillies 3 (finely chopped)
  • Coriander leaves 1 tbsp (finely chopped)
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Butter 1 tbsp
  • Oil for deep frying

  • Procedure:
  • Make small balls and roll into puris.
  • Deep fry in hot oil until golden brown on both sides.
  • Serve hot with Tomato or Pudina Chutney.
