Aloo Puri recipe
Ingredients:
Wheat flour 1 cup
Water to knead dough
Potato 1 medium sized (peeled and grated)
Green chillies 3 (finely chopped)
Coriander leaves 1 tbsp (finely chopped)
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Butter 1 tbsp
Oil for deep frying
Procedure:
Make small balls and roll into puris.
Deep fry in hot oil until golden brown on both sides.
Serve hot with Tomato or Pudina Chutney.
